WWIMC is an independent consulting practice. Historical associations described on this site are lineage, not a claim that WWIMC is a current Itochu Group subsidiary or a Dentons office.

WWIMC is a portfolio company of McIntyre International, a subsidiary of the McIntyre Companies. McIntyre was founded in 2010 as a boutique investment and consulting firm. The original WWIMC materials record approximately two billion dollars of transactional value undertaken across real estate, entertainment, eSports, manufacturing, banking, and private equity.

Itochu joint venture

Wirthlin Worldwide and Itochu Management Consulting formed a joint venture serving Itochu in-house companies.

2011

Wirthlin-Dentons

An in-house strategic consulting group serving Dentons and non-Dentons clients. WWIMC continues that emeritus line.
